The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc has wild, yeasty / savory aromas over gooseberry, asparagus and grass and a whiff of sweat. Medium bodied with lively acidity and a nice suggestion of texture, it has a long yeast and toast-laced finish. Drink it now through 2013.
