THE PROFILE
Marc Sorrel is one of the great names of Tain I'Hermitage, and his wines show enormous potential to improve over the years. He is particularly notable among the coterie of Hermitage producers for calling his top red cuvee "Greal," a witty contraction of Meal and Greffteux, the two lieux-dits of origin. His white Rocoules is always fat but delicate on the palate, with fresh, elegant length.
