The 2016 Chablis 1er Cru Montmains offers up notes of lime zest, citrus pith and spring flowers, followed by a medium to full-bodied, glossy palate that's quite saline and textural but underpinned by fresh, mouthwatering acids. It's an elegant, supple rendition of a climat that can sometimes be rather blocky, and it should drink well on release.
