Representing 90% Sauvignon with a 10% kiss of Picolit, La Roncaia's 2018 Eclisse is fragrant and pure with a pretty ensemble of grapefruit, pear, quince, honeysuckle and sweet almond aromas. This is a steely, lean-bodied white to pair with fried calamari rings or breaded sardines. Some 10,000 bottles were made.
