Representing 90% Sauvignon with a 10% kiss of Picolit, La Roncaia's 2018 Eclisse is fragrant and pure with a pretty ensemble of grapefruit, pear, quince, honeysuckle and sweet almond aromas. This is a steely, lean-bodied white to pair with fried calamari rings or breaded sardines. Some 10,000 bottles were made.

A blend of mostly Sauvignon (90%) with a small part Picolit, the 2013 Eclisse shows thick lines and heavy aromas of peach syrup and honey-glazed almond. The bouquet exhibits an oxidative element with caramel and butterscotch as well. The wine is heavy and rich in terms of texture.
