The N.V. Carolina de Masachs is a blend of 40% Macabeo, 35% Xarel-lo, and 25% Chardonnay made in a Brut Nature (no dosage) style. Biscuit, mineral, and white fruit aromas and flavors set the stage for a dry, crisp, slightly austere, well-balanced sparkling that is surprisingly sophisticated for its humble price. Drink this excellent value over the next 12-18 months.
