Blended with 11% Petit Verdot, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Anvil Dionysus Vineyard offers a generous and chocolaty nose of blackberry reduction, smoked plum, black cherry skin, elegant oak tones, purple flowers and hints of spice, currant and cassis. Full-bodied, the wine is firm with a structured palate that offers lifting tannins and succulent acidity and evolves over a long, lingering finish. The wine rested for 28 months in all French oak, 44% brand new. Over 2,400 bottles were produced.
