Styled with the weight of a fine Cabernet, with modulated alcohol and tannins and a full-bodied but elegant texture. But it’s Zin all the way, with the blast of briary, wild berry flavors, pepper and other spices. This is this winery’s blended version from the Sierra Foothills. Spicy, leathery, sweet and fat, it has a nice body and is well balanced.
