The first vintage of their white from Ribeiro, the 2015 Lalume is a wine of a low profile, almost experimental, as they hadn't showed it to many and released it without making any nose. To me, the wine is fresh and undeveloped, showing good typicity (it's pure Treixadura) and a lot of freshness. It has 13% alcohol, an expressive nose, a vibrant palate with pungent flavors and a fresh, long and dry finish. It comes from different vineyards in the valleys of Avia, Aronia and Mi?o and matured in a combination of French barriques, oak vats, concrete eggs and stainless steel vats. It's aging gracefully and slowly. This is a great debut.
