As in previous years, it's the paler of the two Janasse rosés, with aromas that lean toward citrus and melon, with hints of alpine strawberries. It's medium-bodied and crisp, with a long, mouthwatering finish notable for its lingering fresh lime flavor.

The paler of the two Janasse rosés, the 2018 IGP Principaute d'Orange Rose is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. It offers up peaches and limes, with a mere hint of berries. Medium-bodied and plump in the mouth, it's an appealing wine to drink young.

A blend of Grenache and Syrah with 10% Cinsault, the 2017 IGP Principaute d'Orange Rose shows a bit more concentration than last year's version. It's medium to full-bodied, with attractive strawberry and melon flavors and a silky, creamy texture on the palate.

Mainly Grenache with a touch of Syrah, the 2016 Principaute d'Orange IGP Rose has peach hues and scents. Fruity, zesty and clean with a silky mouthfeel, this medium-bodied rosé should be consumed by the end of the year.
