It boasts subtle hints of violet, cassis and cocoa on the nose, leading into a full-bodied, rich, velvety offering. Blackberries and raspberries emerge on the palate and linger on the long, mocha-tinged finish.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2011 9th Chamber Cabernet Sauvignon is profoundly perfumed of warm cassis, wild blueberries and mulberries with hints of camphor, violets, bay leaf, cloves and cedar. The generously fruited, full-bodied palate offers layers of black fruit, cedar and spice flavors supported by firm, fine-grained tannins and just enough acid before finishing long.
