The 2010 Dolcetto di Dogliani Briccolero is a cool, inward red. Dark blueberries, blackberries, violets and crushed rocks are supported by firm, yet beautifully integrated tannins. The 2008 Dolcetto di Dogliani Briccolero possesses a touch more roundness than the San Luigi in its tobacco, dried flowers, cherries, plums and smoke.
