The 2020 Chardonnay INOX is scented of poached pears, citrus blossom and baker's yeast. The light-bodied palate has crunchy flavors, tangy acidity and a yeasty finish.

The 2017 Chardonnay INOX has a neutral nose of green apple and citrus pith with touches of baby’s breath and wet stone. Light to medium-bodied with a touch of creaminess to the texture, it gives up wonderful apple and pear notes in the mouth with white flowers hints, mouthwatering acidity and a long, mineral finish. 2,710 cases produced.

An unoaked style, the 2016 Chardonnay INOX conjures notions of fresh apples, nectarines and honeydew melon on the nose with hints of white pepper and nutmeg. Light to medium-bodied, with plenty of pure, refreshing fruit in the mouth, it finishes long and uncomplicated.

The 2014 Chardonnay INOX was fermented in stainless steel and comes mainly from the Stoller Vineyard. It has a simple, lightly honeyed bouquet. The palate is ripe and rounded on the entry with pineapple, guava and touches of white chocolate, as well as a keen line of acidity, but it needs more complexity on the rather commercial finish.

The 2013 Chardonnay INOX sees no oak contact or contain any residual sugar. It has a light dried pineapple and peach-scented nose. The palate is simple with a grassy/malic opening, a pleasant seam of acidity and just a touch of spice to liven up the finish.
