Produced entirely from Dijon clones, the 2003 Chardonnay INOX (this means stainless steel in French) was fermented and aged in tank and was prevented from undergoing malo-lactic fermentation. This wonderful value’s fresh, pure aromas reveal notes of melons and flowers. This medium to full-bodied, seamless wine displays mouth-watering flavors of white peaches, melon balls, and ripe pears. It is one of the most successful whites I tasted from Oregon’s hot 2003 vintage. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
