The 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Molino della Suga is thin and compact both in terms of appearance and aromatic intensity. The bouquet is a bit sharp and edgy with wild berry, smoke, grilled herb and dried ginger. The mouthfeel is light and compact with lean fiber in terms of its textual impact. This wine could flesh out further with another year or two of bottle aging.

The 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Molino della Suga is an earthy and rustic expression of Sangiovese with cured meat, tobacco and dark fruit aromas that rise to the top.
