The 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Molino della Suga is an earthy and rustic expression of Sangiovese with cured meat, tobacco and dark fruit aromas that rise to the top. The aromas are not seamless in presentation. The wine's earthy and autumnal tones come forth with increased intensity and they cover up some of the dark fruit found underneath.
