The one white produced with Sauvignon Blanc, the 2016 Habla de Tí does not even carry the Vino de la Tierra appellation. It's produced with grapes from vines planted in 2003; the grapes are fermented with selected yeasts after some skin contact and kept with the lees for four months. It's not super varietal or expressive, a little shy but clean and fresh, with a light and fresh palate. Quite straightforward and easy to drink. 150,000 bottles produced.
