10% of the 2010 Winemaker’s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc juice was fermented in new oak barriques with the balance in stainless steel tanks. It gives an expressive nose of lemongrass, bay leaves, lime juice and yuzu zest over whiffs of sweat and cedar.
