Handpicked and hand-bunched pressed, the 2008 Pinot Gris has a very attractive bouquet with great lift and definition with touches of candle wax, pear and a touch of lychee. The palate is well-balanced, moderate acidity, phenolic mid-palate with pear, rosewater and some Muscat notes towards the finish. Pretty and elegant.
