The 2012 Brut Zero saw the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir pressed together and was disgorged in November 2017. It has a strict, linear bouquet, oddly reminding me of a public swimming pool! The palate is steely, as you would expect, and very citric in the mouth, but with good attack and energy on the finish. That swimming pool scent actually dissipates with a little swirling in the glass and this ends up as a fine sparkler from Graham Beck.
