The 2012 Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Grigio shows solid lines with fresh notes of citrus, apple and white peach followed by more mature tones of honey, apricot and brioche. The mouthfeel is easy going and fresh with medium heft and balanced acidity that would pair next to pasta with seafood. Drying mineral notes appear on the close. Drink: 2014-2016.
