From the sun-bleached terroirs of Sicily, the 1994 Carignano (made from old vine Carignan) offers uncomplicated but deliciously attractive cherry, strawberry, and earthy scents. This open-knit, fleshy, supple wine is meant to be drunk over the next 1-2 years.
