Medium deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Mount Pleasant Old Paddock and Old Hill Shiraz has aromas of warm plums, blackberries and blueberry compote with touches of allspice, vanilla and chocolate. Medium-bodied with a generous amount of spiced berry flavors in the mouth, the richness is nicely structured by a medium to firm level of grainy tannins and lively acid before finishing long. Drink it now to 2020+.
