The 2007 Reserva is sourced from an average of 30-year-old vines and undergoes maturation in American and French oak for 24 months. It has a light leather and tobacco-scented bouquet with touches of mocha that would benefit from more intensity. The palate is medium-bodied with light, tensile tannins.
