A well-priced white from limestone-rich alluvial soils, the Roccolo Grassi 2017 Soave Broia is honey-colored and lightly fragrant, showing orchard fruit, nectarine, baked pear and candied lemon. There are hints of the hot vintage that come through in the creamy, fleshier mouthfeel that characterizes this Soave. The wine is partially aged in botte and cement to produce 12,000 bottles.

A creamy white, light- to medium-bodied, with flavors of Jonagold apple, peach skin and pink grapefruit pith rippling on the palate. It's well-cut and minerally, with a chalky underpinning, while hints of cherry blossom and spice ride the mouthwatering finish.
