This is the food-friendly, entry-level red from Fattoria dei Barbi. The 2021 Rosso di Montalcino is versatile, fresh and fundamentally fruity. The wine is easy and lean in texture with fresh cherry, blackcurrant and bitter almond. The wine's fresh acidity is the element that ties everything together. We're looking at a release of 64,000 bottles.
