The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc has a similar problem as its Verdejo sibling, but with the added reductive personality of the Sauvignon Blanc. I don’t really like that combination of sulfur and reduction under which there seem to be herbal aromas that are found mainly when you put the wine in your mouth. The palate is quite dry. Drink now.
