Finca Terrerazo is released a little later, so this time I tasted the 2018 Finca Terrerazo and the 2019. The 2018 is pure Bobal with 14% alcohol and a pH of 3.54 and 6.1 grams of acidity. It fermented in 3,500- and 5,000-liter oak vats with a soft extraction and an élevage in those containers of 18 months. This is Mediterranean and open, with a hint of the Bobal rusticity. It's quite primary and juicy, and it has abundant, fine-grained tannins and a long, dry finish. 27,258 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2020.
