The 2007 Brut displays a bouquet of brioche, pear, apple, and white peach. Crisp, balanced, and lengthy, this outstanding value is meant for drinking over the next several years. Visiting with Rollin Sole, the head man at Argyle, is always a great learning experience. He is currently focused on Riesling, but that is a story for another day.
