The 2007 Pinot Noir Lot 21 raises the bar. More deeply colored and a bit more fragrant, it delivers an aromatic array of Asian spices, toast, black cherry, and black raspberry. With excellent depth and no hard edges, it can be enjoyed now but should last for 5-6 years.
