Crushed stone, cedar shavings, clove, pepper and allspice, blueberries and cassis all play roles in the mammoth 2015 Saint Joseph Lieu-Dit Saint Joseph. Despite its impressive level of concentration, this full-bodied wine is more approachable than some of Ferraton's other bottlings, making it even more impressive. Velvet and silk roll out on the long, layered finish.
