The 2004 Wine Obsession is Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged in French oak. A deeply-colored offering, this massively constituted wine is sweet and long with tons of fruit. There isn’t a whole lot of complexity here but the aromas and flavors should develop in bottle. The wine’s inner sweetness, well-integrated oak and finessed tannins are clearly those of a harmonious and outstanding bottling. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2014.
