As with the Syrah and Merlot, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Stillwater Creek Vineyard is more pure and lively than the straight Columbia Valley bottling and worth the uptick in price. Showing fresh black raspberry, spring flowers, wild herbs and smoked earth, it flows onto the palate with a medium-bodied, clean and classy mouthfeel that carries juicy acidity and easygoing, sweet tannin.
