The 2009 Orma is gorgeous. Espresso, mocha, sweet red cherries, grilled herbs and plums wrap around the palate in this sensual wine from the Tuscan coast. The 2009 doesn’t quite have the exuberance or sexiness of 2007 or 2008, but it comes very close. Firm tannins frame a vibrant, energetic finish layered with graphite, smoke and mocha.
