The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in a mix of new and used French and American oak. Purple in color, it offers up aromas of cedar, spice box, cinnamon, cardamom, and black currant. Medium to full-bodied, this savory Cabernet delivers layered black fruit flavors in its well-balanced personality. All components are nicely integrated and there is enough structure for it to evolve for 4-6 years. It will drink well through 2020.
