Composed of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 38% Semillon, 2% Chardonnay, their 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon begins youthfully mute, revealing moderately intense, nascent aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon tart and lime leaves. There's crisp acidity and a nice bit of viscosity on the medium bodied palate with plenty of citrus fruit - all in harmony. It finishes long leaving a hint of chalkiness. Drink it now to 2014.
