The 2007 Pinot Noir Stermer Vineyard is the deepest in color of these wines. Spice box, sandalwood, violets, black cherry, and black raspberry aromas lead to a sweetly fruited, structured Pinot that has 2-3 years of aging potential. This layered, tasty effort will offer prime drinking from 2011 to 2019. Lemelson Vineyards’ 2007 Pinot Noirs are not quite up to the level achieved in the less challenging 2006 vintage.
