From ten parcels with the village cru, the 2015 Saint-Aubin les Princée has a clean apple blossom and granitic bouquet that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is fresh and quite citric on the entry with fresh-squeezed limes and green apple, finishing just a little short at the moment, though it should gain length in bottle. It feels brisk and taut, but should open its arms once in bottle.
