The 2008 Blanc Planell is composed of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Macabeo fermented and aged in stainless steel. It displays an alluring, subtle perfume of melon and fresh herbs leading to a medium-bodied wine with spicy flavors, good concentration, and lively acidity.
