The 2010 Reserva de la Propietat is 70% Xarello, 20% Macabeo and10% Parellada that matured for at least 60 months in contact with the lees (the disgorgement date is printed in the back labels), and it is offered as a Brut Nature. It mixes aromas of yeasts with white fruit and flowers and a hint of lemon. The palate shows abundant bubbles and balanced acidity. Subtle and elegant, if not terribly complex. 5,000 bottles.
