In 1992, Willi Haag has fashioned forward, soft, lovely, concentrated Rieslings. Most of the offerings are identified by specific fuder numbers. The two unnumbered offerings, the 1992 Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Spatlese and the 1992 Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Spatlese are both outstanding wines. The Brauneberger Juffer is soft, with a distinctive mineral earthiness, rich, long, cherry flavors, medium sweetness, and great fruit in the long finish. It is best drunk over the next 4-5 years.A Terry Theise Estate Selection, imported by Milton S. Kronheim Co., Washington, DC and Chapin Cellars, Ltd., Virginia Beach, VA.
