A blend of 60% Riesling and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, the Baron di Pauli 2019 Enosi busts out lots of sparkle and energy. I definitely smell the Riesling with that touch of mineral or flint and petroleum smoke. There's great tension and freshness here, just enough for a rich lobster bisque. I like the character here—clean and pristine. Some 8,000 bottles were made.
