The Damilano 2018 Barbera d'Asti shows that energy and verve that you should expect of this versatile and food-friendly grape. This youthful wine, made only in stainless steel, flashes its primary fruit in a simple and charming manner. The palate reveals a mid-weight approach with nice freshness and more bold fruit flavors to follow. Fruit comes from the silty soils of the comune of Casorzo located north of Asti. An ample 70,000 bottles were released.
