The 2017 Chardonnay is a little closed and shows restraint. It's produced with grapes from the Valle de Uco. Following the pressing of the full clusters, the juice fermented in stainless steel, and some 20% of the wine matured in tank with French inner staves and went through malolactic. It's clean and fresh, with waxy notes, and is faintly balsamic and especially very fresh with some creamy touches. It's varietal without the use of oak. 470,000 bottles produced.
