The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru les Clos is attired in quite a rich and honeyed bouquet, with scents of yellow flowers and a touch of walnut emerging with aeration, although personally I discern greater delineation on the Vaudésir this year. The palate is showing a little more oak than the other grand crus but there is certainly impressive weight here, if not the delineation and nervosité of the 2014 les Clos on the finish.
