The 2007 Blanco is a blend of 90% Viura and 10% Malvasia. It was barrel-fermented in new French oak where it remained for four months on its lees. Medium straw-colored, it offers up a perfume of mineral, pear, and white peach. On the palate it reveals moderate concentration and some elegance.
