This winery seems to be moving from strength to strength, turning out thickly concentrated yet precise wines in 2003 and now offering this lithe, succulent 2004 auslese. Lime and green apple aromas even smell refreshing, while the sweet apple and pineapple flavors are balanced by ample, yet soft, acids.
