One of the most forward, developed, and pleasing to drink Barolos from this vintage, Corino's offerings are succulent, round, and harmonious - in short - irresistible for current drinking. The 1993 Barolo Rocche Annunziata is denser, with a deeper garnet color, a ripe, cedar, coffee, black-cherry, and tar-scented nose, spicy, fat, low acid, medium to full-bodied flavors, sweet tannin, and a silky texture. Already delicious, it is capable of lasting for another 8-10 years.
