The 2015 Chateau Sérilhan has a crisp blackberry, briary, damp earth-tinged bouquet that shows a little more cohesion than other Saint Estèphe 2015s. The palate is medium-bodied with a fleshy, red berry entry, well-balanced if not showing the depth on the finish that is displayed elsewhere. Still, this is a well-crafted wine that should give 15-20 years of pleasure.
