This wine was tasted blind at the Burgundy 2012 tasting in Beaune. The 2012 Chablis Grand Cru les Clos is showing some oak on the nose, with touches of white flower and mint infusing the citrus fruit that needs to develop a touch more harmony. The palate is fresh and nicely balanced on the entry, with lemongrass tincturing the citrus fruit and more fatness in the mouth compared to Beno?t Droin's Les Clos, with a long if slightly obvious finish.
