The 2013 Rully is a debut from Louis Jadot, under the Domaine Gagey label and was the only cru that had been bottled. It is two-thirds matured in oak and one-third in tank, using 30% new wood. It has an attractive bouquet with light honeyed tones, hints of apple blossom developing in the glass. The palate has an almost viscous texture, very honeyed with good acidity, a very commercially savvy Rully that I bet you'll finish off quicker than you expected.
